How are you doing? Just to let you know, I have had a few thoughts about what you asked me the other day. You know, I think the best option would probably be running.

Why running? Firstly, it's pretty cheap to get started. I know you don't always stick with your new projects for very long. With running, if after a few months you decide it's not for you, then you haven't wasted any money.

I can recommend some good youTube channels to you. There's a lot of information online about how to get started and how to gradually increase your distance each week. In fact, I've been planning to start running again. So, maybe we can meet up at the weekend and have a chat about it. Say on Saturday? Then if you are up for it, we could go for a run on Sunday?
